2025년 교육·연구 활동 회고 및 2026년 교육 방향
박보정은 한국치유요가협회(KTYA) 4대 등기이사 및 심사위원이자 대전교육관장으로 활동하며, 대전 대덕구 오정동 한남대학교 인근 박보정다옴필라테스요가를 기반으로 요가 지도자 교육과 통합치유요가 프로그램을 운영하고 있는 교육자이다. 현재 대전 RYTK300+ 및 RYTK400 요가강사 자격과정을 진행하며, 수련 지도와 함께 지도자 양성을 위한 교육 체계를 구축해 왔다.
박보정의 교육은 움직임 지도에 국한되지 않는다. 신체 정렬, 호흡 조절, 감각 인식, 생활습관 관리까지 연결되는 구조 속에서 지도자의 역할을 확장해 왔다. 이러한 방향을 바탕으로 요가강사자격증 과정, 디톡스 테라피 요가 수료과정, 싱잉볼 치유명상 요가지도사 과정, 테라피월요가 지도자 과정, 필라테스강사자격증, 아로마테라피자격증, 디톡스카운슬링 교육 등을 운영하며 현장 중심의 교육을 이어왔다. 특히 2025년에는 디톡스테라피요가 수료과정과 사트카르마 기반 현대 정화법 교육, 디톡스카운슬링 수료과정 등을 통해 교육 영역을 넓혔으며, 프로그램 간의 연결성과 적용 범위를 함께 강화하였다.
연구 활동 또한 병행되고 있다. 박보정은 국제통합테라피학회(IAIT) 해독정화그룹 요가디톡스 연구위원장으로 활동하며, 요가정화법과 현대 통합치유 접근을 연결하는 연구를 진행해 왔다. 2025년 국제통합테라피학회(IAIT) 하계 학술대회에서 「대기오염 시대, 소아 비염을 위한 잘라 네티와 아로마요법의 통합적 환경의학 가치 고찰」을 발표하였으며, 해당 내용은 2025년 Journal of Neuro-Somatic Integrative Therapy에 논문으로 게재되었다. 이는 교육과 연구가 함께 이어지고 있음을 보여주는 결과이다.
저술 활동 역시 지속되고 있다. 『사트카르마와 현대 요가정화법』(ISBN 9791194810261, 샨티스토리)에서는 고전 요가 정화법을 현대 환경에 맞게 재해석하여 제시하였고, 『대전요가, 뻣뻣한 나도 펴준 요가원 이야기』(ISBN 9791194810124, 샨티스토리)에서는 지역 기반 수련과 지도 경험을 바탕으로 요가의 회복 가치를 전달하였다. 출판과 교육, 연구가 연결된 구조 속에서 콘텐츠의 깊이를 더해가고 있다.
박보정은 한국치유요가협회 활동 외에도 YO&P Scholarly Presenter, 국제통합테라피학회(IAIT) 연구위원장, 메디필라테스얼라이언스(MPA필라테스) 당해 심사위원장 및 상임운영위원, 케이월국제연합(K-WIA) 대전교육관장 및 자격 검정 출제위원, 한국요가명상회(KYMA) 대전 허브교육관장으로 활동하고 있다. 다양한 역할 속에서도 교육의 방향은 일관되게 유지되고 있으며, 요가·싱잉볼명상·필라테스·아로마테라피·정화법을 하나의 회복 체계로 연결하는 교육을 이어가고 있다.
2025년은 교육과 연구, 집필이 함께 진행된 시기였다. 지도자 과정과 수료과정을 통해 현장 교육을 이어갔고, 학술 발표와 논문 게재를 통해 연구 기반을 확장했으며, 저서를 통해 교육 내용을 정리하여 전달했다. 이러한 흐름은 2026년에도 이어질 예정이다. 디톡스 테라피 요가, 사트카르마 기반 요가정화법, 통합치유요가 지도자 교육을 중심으로 교육 내용을 더욱 체계화하고, 실제 현장에서 적용 가능한 강의와 프로그램으로 발전시킬 계획이다.
박보정은 현장에서의 교육 경험을 기반으로 사람의 회복 과정을 이해하고, 이를 교육과 연구, 콘텐츠로 연결하는 역할을 수행하고 있다. 한국치유요가협회(KTYA) 등기이사 및 심사위원, 대전교육관장으로서 앞으로도 교육의 기준을 세우고, 요가가 삶의 회복과 균형으로 이어질 수 있도록 지속적인 교육 활동을 이어갈 예정이다.

Park Bojung (Bojung Park) serves as a registered director and examiner of the Korea Therapy Yoga Association (KTYA) and as the Director of the Daejeon Education Center. She is an educator who operates yoga teacher training programs and integrative therapy yoga courses at Park Bojung Daom Pilates Yoga, located near Hannam University in Ojeong-dong, Daedeok-gu, Daejeon. She currently leads the RYTK300+ and RYTK400 yoga teacher certification programs in Daejeon, where she has developed a structured education system that integrates both practice-based training and professional instructor development.
Her educational approach extends beyond teaching movement. It encompasses body alignment, breath regulation, sensory awareness, and lifestyle management, expanding the role of yoga instructors into comprehensive guides for recovery and balance. Based on this framework, she has conducted various programs including yoga teacher certification courses, detox therapy yoga completion programs, singing bowl meditation instructor courses, therapy wall yoga instructor training, Pilates instructor certification, aromatherapy certification, and detox counseling education. In particular, throughout 2025, she expanded the scope of education by offering detox therapy yoga programs, Satkarma-based modern yogic cleansing education, and detox counseling courses, strengthening both the integration and practical application of these programs.
In parallel with her educational work, Park Bojung (Bojung Park) is actively engaged in research. She serves as the Chair of the Yoga Detox Research Group under the International Association of Integrative Therapy (IAIT), where she explores the integration of traditional yogic cleansing methods with modern therapeutic approaches. In 2025, she presented her research titled “The Environmental Medical Value of Jala Neti and Aromatherapy for Pediatric Rhinitis in the Age of Air Pollution” at the IAIT Summer Conference. This study was subsequently published in the Journal of Neuro-Somatic Integrative Therapy in 2025, demonstrating the continuity between her educational practice and academic research.
Her contributions also extend to authorship. The year 2025 was marked by the integration of education, research, and publication. She continued to lead instructor training and completion programs in the field, expanded her academic foundation through conference presentations and journal publications, and documented her educational philosophy through published works. This trajectory will continue into 2026, with plans to further systematize detox therapy yoga, Satkarma-based yogic cleansing, and integrative therapy yoga education. Her focus will remain on developing structured programs and lectures that can be effectively applied in real-world settings.
Park Bojung (Bojung Park) is an educator who understands the process of human recovery through hands-on experience and translates that understanding into education, research, and content. As a registered director and examiner of KTYA and Director of the Daejeon Education Center, she will continue to establish educational standards and contribute to the advancement of yoga as a practical method for restoring balance and well-being in everyday life.
