Climb Yoga – Restorative Yoga & Singing Bowl Meditation

At Climb Yoga in Amsa-dong, a new Restorative Yoga & Yin-style class with Singing Bowl meditation is now offered every Saturday at 10:30 AM. This gentle weekend class is designed to help you release the tension of a long week and enter a state of deep physical and mental recovery.
In this session, you will be supported by the wall, bolsters, cushions, blocks and straps so that your body can fully relax without any strain. As you stay in each pose with slow, steady breathing, the fascia and joints gradually soften, and your nervous system begins to move from ¡°fight or flight¡± into ¡°rest and restore.¡±
The class integrates Yin-inspired stretching with long, comfortable holds, followed by Singing Bowl meditation. Lying down with your eyes closed, you simply receive the sound. The vibration of the bowls travels through the bones, fascia and body fluids, helping to clear mental fatigue, release emotional heaviness and bring a deep sense of inner quiet.
The class is led by Director Jung-Yeon Park, a yoga therapist with a degree in Sport Science (Rhythmic Gymnastics major). She has extensive training in posture correction, spinal stabilization, myofascial anatomy and scoliosis yoga therapy. As a K-WALL Gangdong Education Director and certified Singing Bowl Meditation Yoga Instructor, she integrates wall-based therapy, corrective practice and meditation into one coherent healing approach.
This Saturday morning class is ideal if:
