Korea Yoga Meditation Association, Sangju¡¯s Kim Mi-young Daom Medi-Wall Yoga Selected as Lead Center with Friday Singing Bowl & Aroma Healing Meditation

The Korea Yoga Meditation Association (KTYA), under the Korea Healing Yoga Association, has completed its 100-day ¡°Night Meditation Project,¡± announcing that a standardized Recovery Meditation Program will begin across 21 training centers nationwide this December. Based on extensive online meditation data and user feedback, the program presents Korea¡¯s first formalized framework for everyday recovery-centered meditation.

Among the selected regional leading centers, Kim Mi-young Daom Medi-Wall Yoga in Sangju has drawn significant attention. Director Kim Mi-young, Korea¡¯s first Ministry-registered cancer therapist, has earned strong community trust through her medical yoga, corrective therapy, rehabilitation-based movement, singing bowl sound healing, and cancer recovery programs.

Throughout the 100-day project, KTYA analyzed patterns related to breathing, sensory response, sleep restoration, and stress load, ultimately designing a four-stage model of Body ¡æ Breath ¡æ Sensation ¡æ Consciousness. This scientifically informed model serves as the foundation for all participating centers, ensuring consistent delivery and quality across regions.

Each local training center will apply this model according to its community¡¯s needs while maintaining standardized instructor training and recovery protocols.

To align with the national Recovery Meditation launch, Kim Mi-young Daom Medi-Wall Yoga will officially open its new program: ¡°Friday Singing Bowl & Aroma Healing Recovery Meditation.¡±

The class integrates: Singing bowl vibration therapy. Therapeutic aromaMedical corrective yoga. Restorative breathing meditation

This multi-layered structure targets nervous system regulation, fascial release, postural correction, and emotional decompression a combination proven effective for menopausal symptoms, chronic pain, anxiety, sleep imbalance, and stress-induced fatigue.

Director Kim emphasizes that singing bowl recovery meditation ¡°creates a safe inner space where the mind softens, the breath deepens, and the body reorganizes itself naturally.¡± She explains that the program was built on real clinical experience rather than theory, drawing from years of work with menopause clients, seniors, chronic pain patients, and cancer survivors.

Through her collaboration with Hwalmyeong Oriental Hospital in Seoul, Kim has developed a structured cancer recovery yoga protocol that supports:

post-chemotherapy muscle decline insomnia and anxiety balance loss emotional exhaustion

Her program has become a reference model for other regional centers and demonstrates the practical value of integrating medical yoga, corrective therapy, and sound healing.

KTYA aims to expand local leadership through standardized systems that allow regional instructors to independently operate daily meditation routines. Upcoming initiatives include:

AI-based analysis of respiratory and autonomic patterns. A national meditation quality evaluation system. Shared data platforms for all training centers. These measures will help establish a scientifically grounded, accessible recovery meditation culture across Korea.

Director Kim concludes, ¡°This launch represents more than the opening of another class it marks the beginning of a recovery culture that settles into our community¡¯s everyday life. Through the Daom Medical Healing System, we will continue to support the healing of the body, breath, and mind as one.¡±

The Friday Singing Bowl & Aroma Healing Recovery Meditation in Sangju is open to all participants through advance reservation.
