On 7 December, at Lim Eunju Prana Yoga Studio in Munhyeon-dong, Busan Nam-gu, the RYTK300 Yoga Teacher course focused on why alignment and Pancha Vayu turn vinyasa into living prana, rather than a simple sequence of poses. The class moved from Modified Jathara Parivartanasana and crocodile pose into table, Ashtanga Namaskara, Upward-Facing Dog and Downward-Facing Dog, observing how subtle changes in hands, shoulders, pelvis and spine completely altered the depth and stability of the breath. Lim emphasized that alignment is ¡°opening the pathway for prana,¡± and that vinyasa is not a string of shapes but the design of an energetic map.
This session sits inside the Korea Therapy Yoga Association (KTYA) seven-track qualification system, which aims to create AI-era ¡°professional yoga teachers¡± through a pathway of basic RYTK licenses, specialized tracks and research- and lecture-level expertise. At the core are RYTK300, RYTK300+, RYTK400 and RYTK500, with RYTK300+ positioned as an ¡°international standard basic license.¡± Once teachers obtain RYTK300+, they can access a wide range of specialist completion courses free of charge through the Yoga & Pilates Membership (YO&P), and then expand into style-specific tracks such as RVYT Registered Vinyasa Yoga Teacher (Reg. No. 2012-1027).
Lim Eunju, Vice President of KTYA and Head of the KTYA RVYT Academy, also serves as RYTK300+ examiner and RYTK400 chief examiner, IAIT Energy Regulation Research Director and 2025 IAIT summer conference presenter. Her research and teaching are compiled in Dance of Prana, Path of Vinyasa, 20 Years in a Munhyeon Yoga Room, and Yoga Therapy from an Integrative Medical Perspective, while she continues to write as a yoga reporter for Life Therapy News and a columnist for Yoga & Pilates Insight. The 7 December class again confirmed her core message: a yoga teacher is not someone who knows many poses, but someone who can explain and transmit why vinyasa becomes prana through alignment and Pancha Vayu.
