The Korea Yoga Meditation Association (KYMA), under the Korea Therapeutic Yoga Association (KTYA), is launching a large-scale and professional project in the first half of 2026. The goal is to move meditation education beyond purely subjective experience and strengthen a framework supported by scientific evidence.
Rather than simply sitting quietly, participants will have their brainwaves (EEG) measured precisely before and after practice. This allows a clear analysis of how the nervous system and mind respond positively. At Kim Yang-hee Ashtanga Yoga, selected as a regional hub in Busan Dongnae, participants can directly experience this innovative system and track their own progress.
100 Nights Yoga Meditation and Brainwave Measurement Schedule
This project is not just about teaching meditation. It follows a systematic, scientific model of ¡°practice – record – feedback¡± to demonstrate the real impact of meditation on the brain. The schedule is as follows:
- First brainwave measurement and detailed analysis report: February 9–20, 2026 (conducted at Kim Yang-hee Ashtanga Yoga)
- Main 100-night yoga meditation period: February 23 – June 2, 2026 (daily online sessions from 22:30 to 23:00)
- Measurement and consultation include analysis of attention, emotional relaxation, body recovery patterns, and personalized guidance for practice
- Participation fee and capacity: free of charge, limited to 200 participants on a first-come, first-served basis
Participants will have their brainwaves measured before starting the 100-day program and again after completing the routine.
