Nervous System Recovery Routine in Munhyeon-dong, Busan
EEG Measurement and Meditation Education Program
This February is an invitation to check in with your inner condition in a more tangible way.
Rather than describing your state with phrases like ¡°I¡¯m just tired,¡± ¡°My sleep feels shallow,¡± or ¡°My thoughts won¡¯t stop,¡± this program offers a chance to understand what is actually happening inside the nervous system.
From February 9 to 20, an EEG (electroencephalogram) measurement event will be held at Im Eunju Pranayoga in Munhyeon-dong, Busan. Through brainwave data, participants can gain a clearer picture of whether their fatigue comes from mental overload, habitual tension, or a nervous system that has forgotten how to rest. This is not about judging performance or ability, but about identifying the real reasons behind ongoing exhaustion and restlessness.
After the EEG measurement, participants receive short and practical guidance on breathing, relaxation, and meditation routines based on their individual results. These routines are designed to be realistic and easy to apply in daily life, helping the nervous system gradually return to a sense of safety and balance.
On February 21, a meditation certification course follows. Meditation in this program is not treated as simply sitting still, but as structured training for the nervous system to recognize safety. The course is built step by step, covering sensory awareness, breathing, attention, and resilience, so that the practices can be applied immediately in both personal practice and teaching settings.
As a special benefit, those who register for the meditation certification course will receive weekly EEG measurements during the program period. This allows participants to track changes objectively and see how learning and practice are reflected over time, not just felt subjectively.
The program is led by Eunju Lim, director of Im Eunju Pranayoga, with 20 years of Vinyasa yoga practice, 14 years of studio operation, Vice President of the Korea Therapy Yoga Association, RYTK300+ teacher training program director, and active yoga judge. Her work focuses on meeting the mind through the body and restoring life rhythm through embodied practice.
This February, the program invites participants to begin a grounded and measurable journey toward nervous system recovery in Munhyeon-dong, Busan.
